In An Emergency


It is imperative that you complete an Emergency Card for EACH student at Haynes, including emergency phone numbers.  Should an emergency take place that affects our campus, please do not contact the office or come to campus.  A message will go out to the phone numbers listed on the Emergency Cards to give any pertinent information, which may include where and when to pick up students.  Emergency cards should be updated every year – please see the office in order to update your card.  Changes to your information should be made immediately to ensure we have the proper contact information.
